ARE YOU LICENSED AND INSURED?

Yes, our GC license is CGC1525683. We carry general liability (GL) insurance, workers compensation insurance (workers comp) and commercial auto. Certificates provided upon request.

WHAT TYPE OF JOBS AND SERVICES DO YOU SPECIALIZE IN?

In Residential Construction, we specialize in new Residential Home Construction, Home Remodeling and Renovations, and Turnkey Shell Construction.
In Commercial Construction, we specialize in Build-outs, and Tenant Improvements (TI).

WHAT KIND OF CLIENTS AND BUSINESSES DO YOU WORK WITH?

We work with Homeowners, Investors, Home Builders, and Commercial Businesses in need of turnkey construction services.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET AN ESTIMATE?

From initial contact, we will be on-site for a consultation between 3-5 business days  depending on geographic location. Written detailed estimates with an itemized cost breakdown are provided for all work prior to acceptance.

HOW LONG IS AN ESTIMATE GOOD FOR?

Generally we hold prices for 30 days. When the markets are volatile or the supply chain is disrupted due to something like a pandemic or natural catastrophe, we can hold prices for one week.

WHO WILL BE COMING OUT TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE?

One of our qualified sales representatives for that particular project and service will meet you at the job site on-time and ready to consult on the scope of work.

HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL FOR JOBS?

We take on projects throughout all of Florida. Currently we have active projects in Brevard County, Orange County, Osceola County, Sarasota County, Seminole County, and Volusia County.

CAN I VISIT PROJECTS YOU’VE COMPLETED FOR REFERENCE TO SEE THE QUALITY OF YOUR WORK?

Yes and no, we are happy to provide the project locations for commercial build-outs we’ve completed for businesses that are open to the public. We respect the privacy of our residential customers and therefore are only able to provide photographs of residential projects. We promise to extend the same privacy to future residential customers.

DO YOU FOLLOW ALL BUILDING CODES AND LABOR LAWS?

Yes, we always follow building code and regulations. We work with architects and engineers to generate structural plans which are submitted to the appropriate building department and municipality for permits. Our work is inspected by county and/or city building inspectors. We adhere to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) as required by the state of Florida and the Department of Labor.

We utilize Buildertrend to manage all phases of our construction projects in one convenient place.

DO YOU OFFER FINANCING?
